Location

The first Chaosium Con UK takes place near Milton Keynes, Bedfordshire at the Cranfield Management Development Centre. The venue is just 8 miles east of Milton Keynes and accessible from the M1, Milton Keynes train station, via bus or taxi. The nearest airports are London Luton and Birmingham International. The venue address is:

Accommodation

Book your Chaosium Con accommodation directly with the hotel venue by email venuecranfield@cranfield.ac.uk or call 01234 754341 and quote reference 426370 for our special rates:

Single Occupancy: B&B at £64.00 per room, per night
Double Occupancy: B&B at £91.00 per room, per night

If you need to hold a specific room type (twin, accessible etc.) please ask when booking otherwise the reservation will be made on a run of house basis and the hotel cannot guarantee availability at time of check in. Note: There is 2 weeks cancellation policy for rooms, and payment is taken at time of the booking.

Catering for the weekend

Lunch: there will be a selection of sandwiches at the bar plus a small buffet in the bar area  - pay as you go.

Dinner: there will be a 1 course buffet option in the restaurant with the option to buy dessert on the night. One course will be £17.00 on the night or £15.00 if they pre book it with the accommodation.

Local: There is also small Co-op shop very close to the venue,

VIP Sessions

This is an exceptional opportunity to play at the table with some of Chaosium’s most wildly creative and brilliant creators in sessions for Call of Cthulhu, RuneQuest, Pendragon, Rivers of London, and more! Each seat is £20.

The Artist Atrium

The Artist Atrium is a dedicated area at Chaosium Con that showcases the talents of both industry professionals and up-and-coming artists! Artists in our Artist Atrium will be present to discuss their pieces, sell their work, discuss services and commissions, and more!

Chaosium Con is a celebration of all things Chaosium. Thus, our games span the genres of horror, fantasy, mystery, espionage, and more! Artists are welcome! If you want to join the Atrium, please fill out the form below with your contact details.

Refund/Credit Policy

We are offering full refunds until 23rd April 2025. After that date there will be no refunds under any circumstances.

If you are unsure about being able to either afford or attend our show, please do not buy a badge to our show. However, we acknowledge that things happen. So, if you do buy a badge and/or special event tickets and you must cancel after 23rd April 2025, we will credit your chaosium.com account with those amounts. The only limitation on this is that the request for a credit must be received by us by 1st May 2025. After that, only special event ticket returns will be honored in person at the show. There will be no badge returns after this point. Again, if you are unsure that you can either afford or attend our show, please do not buy a badge.

Waiver of Liability

The purchase of a Chaosium Con UK badge admits one person to all basic activities and exhibits at Chaosium Con UK during regularly scheduled hours of the convention. Some designated activities may require payment of a separate, additional fee. In accepting a badge and in consideration for being admitted to Chaosium Con, the holder consents to being recorded (by audio and/or visual means) for exhibition and exploitation by any means in all media, including without limitation the Internet, worldwide in perpetuity. The badge holder releases Chaosium Inc. from any liability for loss or damage to persons or property, infringement of any right, or any other claim or course of action of any kind; authorizes and permits Chaosium Inc. and its designees which includes but is not limited to all sponsors, exhibitors and contractors to use and authorize the use of his/her name, voice, likeness and all reproductions thereof by any means and in all media now and hereafter known, including without limitation the Internet, for all purposes worldwide in perpetuity; and agrees to comply with all the rules and regulations of the Event. Chaosium Inc. reserves the right to deny entry or remove from the Event facilities any person who in its sole and absolute discretion is behaving or threatening to behave in a manner which it reasonably considers to be disruptive of the Chaosium Con.
