The Price of Arrogance Kickstarter: three excerpts from the completed book

Crowdfunding for The Price of Arrogance, the first official campaign for the 7th Sea roleplaying game, is live until September 6 on Kickstarter. This great adventure was written and produced by our friends at Studio Agate, well known for their award-winning games Shadows of Esteren and Fateforge.

The Price of Arrogance is all written and translation is almost finished. Over at Itch.io we'd like to share three excerpts from the book with you:

1. The first excerpt is an extract from the prologue, which describes the main inspirations and structure of the campaign.
2. The second describes the Path mechanic. The Price of Arrogance is broken into three Paths, each one offering a different atmosphere for roleplay. While the structure of the campaign does not change from one Path to the next, many details will appear, or disappear, depending on which one you choose. This allows for one to curate the mood one wishes to create.
3. The third is an extract from the campaign. Warning: little spoilers!
