To celebrate the holiday season our friends at Petersen Games have released a free Call of Cthulhu adventure, marking the 40th Anniversary of the Call of Cthulhu RPG.
Hung by the Chimney with Care is a 1920s scenario set during Christmas. An urgent telegram from an old ally sends the investigators to a midwestern town in search of a stolen Mythos tome, a volume of The Revelations of Gla’aki. Once the investigators arrive, they uncover evidence someone has used the book to unleash something dark, dangerous, and ravenous upon the community.The investigators get involved on Christmas Eve.
This 12 page scenario is suitable for 2-4 investigators and was written by Mark Hart. The download includes Keeper notes, stats for NPCs and monsters.
