COVID-19 Shipping and Fulfilment Update - 17 March 2021

We hope that you, your family, and your friends continue to be in good health.
While our five fulfilment warehouses are all open (US, UK, AUS, EU, CAN), the Covid-19 pandemic continues to cause disruptions and delays to postage times in many places around the world.
USA customers – please be aware we are currently experiencing shipping delays out of our US fulfilment warehouse, Bang Printing. Dustin has advised that Tyra, our account representative there, has been doing a heroic job keeping things moving. Nonetheless, March shipments, orders, and replacements are going out slower than normal. Bang have recently put on new staff (and Dustin also sent Tyra cookies over the weekend), and so we hope the US shipping situation improves soon.
