Unity includes a Call of Cthulhu Essentials Pack, available as an add-on:
Chaosium Call of Cthulhu Essentials Pack – $50
Includes: Call of Cthluhu 7E (Ruleset), Investigator's Handbook, Doors to Darkness, Alone against the Dark, The Haunting
Note: If you're already a Fantasy Grounds user, you can upgrade on the Kickstarter at a special discount, and anything you already own on your account at fantasygrounds.com will continue to work with FGU.
