Customer Service, Distribution and Retailer Support Update (Dustin in the Eye of the Storm II)

As we noted yesterday, our valued colleague Dustin Wright, a resident of Rockport TX, is currently dealing with the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey. He is safe and well, but his home was seriously damaged and is uninhabitable.
You will know Dustin as the friendly and helpful face of Chaosium's customer service, as well as distributor and retailer support. We're putting contingency plans in place for these roles, because you'll appreciate Dustin has got other more important matters to deal with right now.

- Customer support: continue to use customersupport@chaosium.com and someone else on the team will answer your query.
- Convention support: please email pr@chaosium.com
